If you are looking for the Forgotten Ruins dungeon in Diablo 4, you will want to make your way into Hawezar. More precisely, it is sitting inside the Fethis Wetlands zone. The nearest waypoint is the Ruins of Rakhat Keep: Inner Court, so you can start there and ride east. You will see it pop up on the map pretty quickly, so no need to wander for long. If you are farming gear or hunting for Diablo 4 Items, this dungeon is a nice quick run without too much backtracking.

Once you step inside, the first thing you will be asked to do is clear out the Ancient’s Hall. Every enemy has to go before you can move forward. Most of what you will face are skeletons and ghouls, nothing too nasty, but keep an eye on your minimap for red dots. It is easy to miss one hiding in a corner. When the last one drops, the door ahead will open and you can push on.

The second job is in the Cursed Bailey. Here you need to find and smash three Idols scattered around the place. They are not hidden, and you will usually bump into them while exploring. Each one is guarded by a bunch of elites, so be ready for a small scrap before you destroy the Idol. Once all three are gone, the route to the boss room will unlock.

The boss waiting for you is the Tomb Lord. If you have fought one before, you will know he likes to trap you with bone walls and throw down big AoE spells. He will also call in skeleton adds to keep you busy. The trick is to stay on the move—dodge out of the glowing circles, smash through bone walls fast, and clear the adds before they pile up. Once you keep the space clear, you can focus damage on him until he drops. It is a fight that rewards staying mobile more than anything else.

Beating the Tomb Lord will earn you the Iron Blood Aspect, which is a Legendary Aspect for Barbarians. It gives you extra Damage Reduction for every nearby bleeding enemy, making it perfect for bleed-heavy builds like Rend or Flay. If you enjoy charging headfirst into packs and staying alive while everything around you bleeds, this one is a keeper. It is a solid reward for a dungeon that is quick to find and easy to clear, especially if you are stacking up on Chaos uniques item.
