In ARC Raiders, the Fragmented Logs side quest from Shani takes place on the Stella Montis map and focuses on restoring a series of broken systems inside abandoned facilities. The mission is split into three separate phases, and you don’t need to complete everything in a single raid. Progress is saved as you finish each objective, which makes it much more manageable than it first appears.

Quest Requirement Before Entering

Before deploying, make sure you bring 1x Electrical Component into the raid.

If you don’t have one ready, you can:

• Craft it using 4x Rubber Parts and 8x Plastic Parts
• Loot it from destroyed drones or electronic debris during raids
• Recycle small tech items you find in the environment

Bringing it with you is strongly recommended because it lets you immediately complete the first objective without wasting time scavenging.

Phase 1: Repair the Out-of-Service Terminal

The first objective takes place in the Robotic Sandbox area of Stella Montis.

Head toward the upper control rooms overlooking the main sandbox floor (commonly Sandbox A or B). Inside one of these elevated rooms, you’ll find a terminal labeled for repairing faulty components.

Interact with the terminal while carrying the Electrical Component. The item will be consumed, and the system will come back online. This completes the first phase and unlocks the next step.

Phase 2: Enable Conduit Backroom Power

The second phase moves you to the ground level of the Robotic Sandbox (Sandbox A area).

Drop down to the lower floor and head toward the eastern outer wall. Look for a hidden entrance labeled Control Room A3.

Inside the room, you’ll find a generator-style switch mounted on the wall. Flip the Main Power Switch to restore power to the conduit system. This step does not require any items and is usually quick, as long as the area is not heavily contested.

Phase 3: Boot the Main Frame Terminal

The final and most dangerous objective is located in the Cultural Archives section on the eastern side of the map.

Make your way through the Archives entrance and proceed into the deeper service corridors. This area is typically high-risk and populated by ARC enemies, so expect resistance.

Follow the route through the main server room until you reach a smaller back office area filled with desks and filing equipment. In this room, you will find the Main Data Terminal.

Interact with it to boot the system. Once activated, the final objective is completed.

Completion and Extraction

Once the final terminal is activated, the quest completes immediately. You do not need to extract successfully for the progress to count, which makes this one of the more forgiving multi-stage missions in the game.

Practical Tips

• Always bring the Electrical Component before deploying to avoid extra farming time
• Treat each phase as a separate run if the map is too dangerous or contested
• Phase 3 is the hardest part, so don’t hesitate to extract after Phase 2 and return later
• Learning the layout of the Robotic Sandbox and Cultural Archives makes this quest significantly faster on repeat runs

Fragmented Logs is mainly a navigation and routing challenge rather than a combat-heavy quest. Once you understand the three locations, it becomes a quick, repeatable loop instead of a long mission.
